    Not sure where the "Nov. 2" date came from, as the media has been rather good to mention the opening would be on November 1st, a Sunday, and a "grand opening" is to be announced for Portland's "First Friday," November 6th, a regular monthly featured night in which all the museums and galleries are open and free.
